The financial policies and the monetary policies are able to sustain a stable growth rate. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) played a dynamic role in the growth of the financial sector of India.

•The insurance market is filled up with new players which has led to the introduction of several innovative insurance based products, value add-ons, and services. Many foreign companies have also entered the arena.
•The competition among the companies has led to aggressive marketing, and distribution techniques.
•The active part of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) as a regulatory body has provided to the development of the sector.

Conclusion

The growth in the financial sector as a whole is stagnant and depends upon the other factors of the economy, the government had made great efforts to achieve this growth in the banking sector.“Very few thousand students got education loans ten years ago. Now lakhs of students were availing the education loan.
Crores of Self-Help groups were availing loans.” This is how the banking service has expanded,”The expansion benefited lakhs of people in various sectors and thus financial industry is immensely powerful and hugely important for any economy as it governs and effects all other sectors.
